A step-by-step guide to obtaining your student visa for Mount Safa International School
Complete the school admission process first. Submit your application, attend the entry assessment (Entry Assessment Test and AIQ Interview), and receive your admission offer letter.
1-2 weeksMount Safa will apply to the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MoE) for a Letter of Support on your behalf. This is mandatory for all student visa applications.
2-4 weeksGather all required documents including passports (student and parents), birth certificate, passport-sized photos, medical report, and admission offer letter. Ensure all documents are complete and valid.
5 -7 Working daysComplete the form and submit to Immigration Department with all supporting documents and MoE approval. The school will assist with this process.
7-14 working daysOnce approved, collect your student pass from the Immigration office. For students abroad, obtain a visa from the Malaysian Embassy before entry, then convert to Student Pass upon arrival.
1-2 daysWelcome to Mount Safa! Complete final enrollment formalities, attend the onboarding program, and begin your educational journey with us.

Copies of both parents' valid passports
Original and certified copy
4 recent passport-sized photographs (white or blue background)
Health examination from registered clinic
